Ever since I have connected with you guys, I have gotten all kinds of popups. Why do you guys keep sending me these popups?
We would never send any of our customers any type of popups. If you receive a lot of popups when you connect the internet, then there is more than likely some SpyWare or Adware on your computer. To remove it, we recommend you download and install one of two programs: SpyBot: Search and Destroy, or Lavasoft Ad-Aware. Both are fine programs which will scan your computer for malicious software, and remove it at your request. After you’ve removed all SpyWare, stop using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser and use Mozilla Firefox for browsing the internet.
