Even though our agreement with the contractor is full service, will I be billed for extras such as french drains, retaining walls, new landscaping, and capital improvements (i.e. – irrigation system)?

On items such as installing french drains, the contractor will only bill you for materials needed to complete the task. They utilize their on-site labor force for the needed man-hours at no additional cost. The owner must approve, in writing, any extra change orders before the work begins.
