Each time we distribute TRS publications by e-mail, we monitor returned e-mail messages to identify those that could not be delivered for some reason. We then switch these subscribers back to regular mail delivery to ensure that they still receive the publication. There are a number of reasons why an e-mail message might be returned as non-deliverable. Perhaps you have changed your e-mail address and forgot to let us know, or your spam filter may be blocking the e-mail. Sometimes your e-mail service provider may have a problem that prevents delivery. This can also occur if your e-mail ‘mailbox’ is full and can no longer accept new messages. TRS will generally attempt to resend the e-mail for 48 hours before switching you back to regular mail delivery. However in some instances, we will be unable to determine the cause of the error. In these cases, you will be immediately switched back to regular mail delivery. Our goal is to ensure that you receive important benefit-related publication
