Even after calling emberSetEncryptionKey() with a result of SUCCESS, InSight Desktop shows the packet content and security enable flag is always false. Why is the network not secured?

Although the encryption key has been set, the EMBER_SECURITY_LEVEL must be set to a non-zero value (only level 5 is supported currently) in order to activate security and begin encrypting/decrypting packets. Please make sure to set this level in your CONFIGURATION_HEADER file.
