Europe in the Round opens in Netscape even though Ive installed Microsoft Internet Explorer, why?
If Netscape Navigator is set as the default browser, all HTML pages will automatically launch with Netscape Navigator. To force Europe in the Round to run using Microsoft Internet Explorer, follow these instructions:- Install Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Europe in the Round CD-ROM or download from the Microsoft website. If you wish to run Europe in the Round from the CD-ROM you should launch Microsoft Internet Explorer and choose ‘Open’ from the ‘File’ menu. Click the ‘Browse’ button and locate the HTML folder on the root drive of the CD-ROM. Open the FRONT folder and launch the file EITR.HTM. Europe in the Round should now be running. Select ‘Internet Options’ from the View menu in IE4 or from the Tools menu in IE5. Click the ‘Use Current’ button to set the front page of Europe in the Round as the Home Page.
