To apply your authorization code, follow the below steps provided by our technical support group: Once you have your license key, you will need to locate your Server.Properties file in the Metadata folder within the V200 directory of your Intelligence Install. Ensure that Eureka Intelligence is Not Started or you will not be able to save the Server Properties file after editing. Using a plain ASCII text editor like notepad, edit the Server.Properties file. You will need to copy / paste or type in the variable LicenseKey=(your new license string) save and exit the text editor. You have successfully installed your new Intelligence License.
