This largely undiscovered part of Europe is among the most beautiful and fascinating destinations in the world. The threat of terrorist attacks, especially on the Spanish side, has served as a tourism deterrant, however. ~ Basque Terrorist Group Announces Cease Fire Still, I’m not so confident that crowds, at least originating from the US, will descend upon Basque country right away.
