If you have enough time before the wedding, go to a craft store such as Hobby Lobby and look for a calligraphy set. This is a cheaper, yet great way to learn something new and do what you would like for your wedding announcements. It takes a lot of practice, but you can learn it fairly easily and you will be happier with the money you spend and that you did it yourself.
