• If you are hearing a clicking or beeping noise every 10 minutes, it is likely that you have sounds to notify you when mail is/is not found during a Send/Receive. To edit those settings, do the following: • Go to Entourage > Preferences • Select “Notification” • Under Sounds, uncheck any events that you do not want notifications for. We suggest unchecking “No mail sound” and “Mail error sound,” as it is likely that the sound you were hearing was one of those two.
