However, it would make sense to start involving and engaging with your community as early as possible in the application. Bear in mind, that it is the community’s energy use, as well as the group’s, that will be measured. If you are selected for Stage 2 you will need to be very clear in your application for the final stage as to what you do and do not consider to be part of your community. We will need to approve both your definition and how you will measure the energy use of that community.
