Ensure there is not a checkmark beside If importing CSV data: does the first row contain the field names?
• Choose CSV as the format to import from. • Click Browse to browse to the file that you exported from Outlook Express. • Click Open, and then Import the file. • Match the fields in the exported addresses with Webmail addressbook fields. For each field you wish to import, select one Imported and one Available field, and click Add pair. • *Note* Webmail only has 1 field for name, so you may wish to match it with the display name. • Once you have finished matching Netscape Messenger fields to Webmail ones, click Import. If you encounter any problems after importing your addressbook file, there is a tool available for clearing your Webmail addresses. Keep in mind, however, that ALL of your addresses will be removed by this tool. The tool may be found at: https://webware.cc.umanitoba.ca/webmail/horde/imp/imputil.
