The EndNote Technical Support site answers many questions regarding getting your EndNote commands to work in Word after installing EndNote. This is particularly a problem for EndNote 7 with Word XP/2003. Visit: http://www.endnote.com/support/faqs/enfaqWinWord.asp. If you have had an earlier version of EndNote on your computer, make sure the associated files – for example: en6cwyw.dot and en6cwyw.WordXP.wll – are deleted from the MS Word Startup folder.
