Employer NI Savings What is it?
A savings opportunity. When an employee sacrifices part of their salary, the employer no longer needs to make employer NI payments on that amount. This saves you 12.8% of whatever amount your staff sacrifice. For example, on an annual salary sacrifice of 500 you will save 64 in employer NI contributions. As the sacrificed amount should be fully commensurate your direct costs, this is a real saving to you and should more than balance any administrative costs borne through the HCI program.
