EMPATH EMPOWERMENT What is an empath?
Every empath was born with an ability to directly experience the truth of what it is like to be a person other than oneself. You could call that “otherness.” I estimate that 1 in 20 people has at least one significant, trainable gift as an empath. So being an empath isn’t necessarily emotional? Correct. Important! Depending on the nature of your empath gift, its an opportunity for certain kinds of knowledge, wisdom and service. The most common gifts are Emotional, Physical, Intellectual and Spiritual. Often an empath will have multiple gifts.
