Emission Factors – Are they populated from previous years data or do I have to input new?
Some emission factors have been pulled forward from a previous year. If the emission factor was derived from a worksheet, it was not pulled forward because it must be recalculated each year. In any case, it is a facility’s responsibility to use provided resources (AP-42, Fire, or MoEIS Worksheets) to use the most current and applicable emission factors available. Only emission factors from AP-42 or FIRE will be prepopulated.
