Although olive oil is heart healthy and a good oil to use on a regular basis, other oils have different benefits to consider, especially when a health issue is concerned. For instance, walnut oil and grapeseed oil are excellent choices for using in salad dressings and vinaigrettes. They are low in bad fat and their clean flavor makes them good alternatives to olive oil.
