Though an agency may operate multiple adult and child, ICM, SCM and BCM programs in a county, it should have only one 2830 ICM/SCM/BCM Emergency and Non-Emergency Service Dollars program for the county. If you want to keep separate accounting records offline, you can do so, but you do not need to break out expenses on the budget or CFR. Agencies with multiple 2830 programs in a county should close the additional programs. If you have questions about reporting on the CFR or CBR, please contact your Field Office.
