Why a vinyl type fabric instead of say, Ballistic cloth or Cordura?

Since we do not know the fire performance of landscape fabric we cannot recommend its use in a crawlspace in an exposed application. In order to leave a product exposed it must have a flame spread rating of 25 or less and a smoke-developed rating of 450 or less.
