Ebay buyer opened buyer dispute what happens next?
Nobody that sells or buys on eBay haggles the price down on an item after it sells on an auction. The only way to haggle on eBay is the “best offer” option. This guy bought it as shown. Don’t offer him squat. He bought it…he ruined it. Hopefully ebay will see it your way. By the way…You do not need to agree to arbitration. I would just say no and he should go away when he realizes you won’t be pushed around. Note to bullymom…..did you read what happened? The seller let the person take it and did not say you can’t have it inspected. It was scheduled to have one the next day. As seen is the same as sold as-is, which is the standard practice for a used car. you obviously know nothing about how ebay auctions work. This person did what was proper in the situation and even offered financial help which he was not obligated to do.
