An annual public hearing and resolution on sufficiency is required by Education Code Section 60119. See following FAQ’s related to this requirement. A sample resolution (DOC; 35KB; 3pp.) is available on our Web site. Districts are not required to use this resolution. The Statement of Assurance for instructional materials funds that was previously distributed to districts at the end of each fiscal year is not required for fiscal years 2008-09 through 2012-13.
