Each licensed apartment (or Family-Based Treatment) site is listed under my program. Do I need to report residents under the sites where they live?

No, it was not our intention to list each licensed apartment and Family Based Treatment site in the application. All residents (clients) in the program can be reported under the main site. All the residents of the programs are shown in the drop-down list for the main and each apartment site. With the main site selected under unit site name, select each resident and complete the survey. When completing the status on the Supervisor page, since there is no status that addresses this issue, the Supervisor can select Unit/site does not keep records on individual clients. If you are uncertain which site is the main site for the program, select any site. If you reported residents under each apartment site, there is no need to reenter the surveys. We will aggregate all clients in the program under the main site.
