• Download and install the SPTD Drivers • Restart Windows • Run DVD PixPlay • Go into View > Options, Other, Advanced and set the DVD Burning Transport to SPTDirect If that does not resolve the issue, email the following file to support@xequte.com: C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt Alternatively you can use your preferred burning software to output your DVD PixPlay slideshow to disk.
