DVD disc created on my Everio Share Station (CU-VD3/10/20/40) is not recognized by PC or the station itself, why?

After the burning of video files is finished please finalize the disc to make it playable in PC or Share Station. Please remember that finalization prevents any more recordings to be added to this disc so perform it after all your video files are copied to the disc.
