Bidding times and the Bid Submission Date will be specified in the Announcement for each Auction. Participants are advised to submit their Bids as early in the bidding window as is possible, to ensure that they get through to their Local Reserve Bank’s discount window telephone hotline between the Opening Time and Closing Time. The Opening Time and Closing Time during which a participant may submit Bids will generally be between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Eastern time (“ET”), respectively.
