During the period of apprenticeship, no spam messages are blocked, why?
If absolutely no messages are blocked, it could simply be that you have forgotten to activate your mail account in Spam-Aware. Open the Options window, click on the “Accounts” tab, select your mail account and then click on “Activate”. If your mail account doe not appear in the list, click on “Manual Configuration” and follow the instructions that allow you to manually activate it. If the account is currently activated but no messages are blocked, it is possible that Spam-Aware needs to recognise the DNS server of your Internet access provider. Please ask for the IP address of this server, then enter it in the “Default DNS Server” field of the “Advanced Settings” panel in the “Analysis” tab. Finally, it is also possible that port 53, used to query DNSBL servers, is blocked by your firewall or that of your company. In this case, it is necessary to open this port on output (contact your network administrator or consult your firewall documentation).
