Shell has contracted Logis Nautiques B.V. (Workfox) for the provision of the Seafox 1 Support and Accommodation Vessel. The Seafox 1 is currently under contract and is due to return to Rotterdam in the summer of 2008. The unit will then undergo a major upgrade, and several modifications. Included in this upgrade will be the installation of a 300-ton heavy-lift pedestal crane with a 62 metre boom, and a complete refurbishment to accommodate 75 persons on board (POB). The Seafox 1 accommodation and crane vessel is scheduled to begin Inde operations in Q4 2008.
