When your system has booted from Typhon software CD-ROM, it is normal that you cannot retrieve the CD-ROM. This is always the case as during installation process as a bootable CD-Rom cannot be removed from its drive. So after installation, it is recommended to reboot the server. During the very early stage of rebooting you can remove the CD-ROM. Please make sure that you act quickly enough, otherwise the Typhon server software will be booted again from CD-ROM.
