During the first two week of January 2009, introductory letters were mailed to all employees who signed up during open enrollment to participate in the HealthQuest tobacco cessation program. The letter contains instructions on how to enroll in the tobacco cessation program. View sample letter. In February, all employees enrolled in the tobacco cessation incentive program will receive an Autodialog phone call reminding them of the program requirements and offering them the opportunity to speak to a health coach. Employees can be transferred or will be provided the telephone number to return the call at their convenience. Employees who have already enrolled in 2009 should disregard the message.
