During continuous vortexing the speed dropped suddenly and “TOO FAST” appeared in the display, why?
MixMate’s automatic imbalance sensor, which prevents plates and tubes from jumping out during the mixing process, may be occasionally initiated during continuous vortexing at speeds between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm. Safety when mixing plates is of utmost priority, therefore this feature cannot be technically altered.
