Vehicular traffic will be open at all times during construction with the exception of the temporary closure of South Oxford Road. Bicycle traffic will be allowed to continue with normal vehicular flow. Bicyclists are cautioned to use extreme caution within a construction work zone where pavement cuts, patches and steel plates will be present.
