During a stable connection the trade terminals program shows the message – No connection. What are the reasons?
The reasons are: • Meta Trader 4 Forex Ltd works through 443 port that may be closed on your PC. Ask your Technical support service to open this port. • Check terminal’s options in the menu Service->Options supplement Server, in the margin Server the following should be indicated: “Forex-Server – FOREX UKRAINE.” or “fx.forexua.com:443” • Check the version of the terminal in the menu Help -> About program. The terminals which have build lower than 188 are not supported by server.
