No, you cannot use it one year later. You are required to use the scholarship between 1 October 2008 and 30 September 2009 only. If you are not able to do so, we will offer the scholarship to another suitable candidate. If you are still keen to go to Italy, you can always apply for the Italian scholarship next year.
