Your downloads will refresh at around the same timestamp of when you paid for your subscription. You can check what time that was by clicking on “your account” (at the top right) and “payment history” (left menu). For me, I paid for my current annual subscription at 11:53 PM, so I expect my downloads to refresh at around 11:53 PM every 30 days.
