For that reason, stating he did not know is not a valid defense. All three of these violations should be corrected before the court date, and he should have proof they were taken care with him when he goes to court. The judge has a lot of discretion. I would be surprised if he was not given some sort of break for all this, but keep in mind the judge is under no legal obligation to do so.
