Driving off-road or negligent use?
Our car hire vehicle at Monte Carlo is rented for use on the public highways of Jordan. They cannot be used off-road. Although a very rare occurrence, we’d like you to be aware that damage to the underside of the car hire vehicle caused by negligent driving or off-road use at Monte Carlo (we have had occasion to have to lift car hire vehicles out of dried-up river beds!) is at your own risk. Drinking and driving a hire car is considered negligent use. 30.
