Some versions of Drive Image (version 6.0 or earlier) do not “know” how to handle non-removable storage devices that do not contain a partition table. Instead of ignoring the RAM disk, Drive Image goes into an endless loop. To resolve this issue, upgrade to Drive Image version 7.0 or later.
