Drawing C-44, Note 1. Can the Water Authority provide historical flow data for the San Diego River near the proposed crossing?
San Diego River flow data can be obtained at the USGS website (http://waterdata.usgs.gov/ca) for two stations; Fashion Valley (Site No: 11023000) and Mast Rd NR (Site No: 11022200). 2008-06-19 Drawings T-4 and T-5 have a note indicating that a future cross will be installed by the FRS II contractor and that this cross is to be tested as a part of the MTPT contract. (1) Will any of the FRS II pipe be connected to the cross installed by the FRS II contractor prior to the MTPT pressure test? (2) Which contractor is responsible for providing and installing the test heads onto the FRS II cross? (3) How many test heads are required? “1. No. 2. Pressure testing will be performed by the MTPT Contractor who is responsible for ensuring that the ends of the pipe are secured by test heads. 3. Contractor shall determine the number of test heads required.
