There is an existing section of the Little Patuxent sewer line between MD 108 and Old Annapolis Road that is undersized and is proposed for upgrade. Capital Project S-6274 was initiated to correct the surcharging problem projected to occur by the year 2020. DPW has suggested that this project should be constructed prior to building permits for the Doughoregan project. The test for sewer capacity that is conducted as part of the subdivision review process will be used to ensure that this condition is met.
