DownloadStudio URL Sniffer requires that you have the WinPcap packet capture library installed on your computer. It is installed when you install DownloadStudio and will be displayed in Control Panel’s Add/Remove Programs. If you do not see it in this list, then it is not installed and you must install it. You can download and install the latest copy of WinPcap from http://www.winpcap.org, or you can re-install DownloadStudio so that it installs WinPcap for you.
