DownloadStudio requires that the latest version of Flash is installed into Internet Explorer – even if you use another web browser such as Firefox, Flock, Opera or Google Chrome. To test if the problem is related to Flash not being up-to-date, start Internet Explorer go to http://www.youtube.com and see if you can watch a video. If you can, then Flash in Internet Explorer is fine. If you cannot view videos, then follow the onscreen instructions to download the latest version of Flash for Internet Explorer.
