Absolutely NOT, we do take pride in the quality of our products and they must meet some quality guidelines before they do become part of our mattress offerings to you, our potential customer, for example dotcombeds will not carry a mattress that does not have an insulator pad (versus a flex net)over and under the coil unit.The insulator pad prevents the foam from being compressed into the springs which causes dips in the middle of the mattress. We do not sell any used mattresses, we donate the clean ones that we pick up to the YWCA in Nashville, the others are destroyed or sent to recycling centers.
