doty Students who will be 21 years of age prior to the first day of May of the academic year for which the student is requesting exemption, students who are married or who qualify under the university guidelines for a domestic partnership, students who are a parent or legal guardian caring for a dependent child, students who will be commuting from the primary residence of his/her parent or guardian. Possible consideration may exist for medical, financial or other special circumstance requests.
