Don’t we need aggregate for the high speed rail project?

The proposed site for the high speed rail is west of hwy 99. South of Fresno it would be available from Coalinga. North of Fresno it would be available from Madera and Merced. If Fresno is awarded the railway maintenance station, the existing local mines can already provide any aggregate needed, all of which are closer to the site.
