Dont veterans have the GI Bill to help them out?

Most veterans do have GI Bill benefits, but some do not. Even with the newly increased benefits, significant gaps in coverage exist for veterans. The new GI bill does not cover the full cost of tuition at private schools, will not be as readily available for veterans who attend service academies or ROTC programs, and will not be as equitable for reservists. The new GI bill is a tremendous step in the right direction, but there is still work to do to ensure that veterans get the help they need to pay for their educations.
