Don’t media contact databases already exist?
Media contact databases do exist, however, these products are extremely expensive. The companies/organizations administering the databases have to pay a staff of professional researchers to keep their data up to date. As a result their product is more expensive. The price for access alone makes these databases out of reach for most progressive groups. In addition, the data in these lists is typically only confirmed 1 or 2 times a year, making the information out of date almost as soon as a group purchases one of these databases.
