Dome renaming ignored…….AFL refuses to acknowledge Etihad Stadium, so my question is….Is this because?
I think there is a legal dispute regarding when the actual name change is to occur. I can see the Telstra Dome from the window of where i work and atm, they have just changed the signage to ‘Etihad Stadium’ but the flags surronding the stadium is still ‘Telstra’. Up until Wednesday the signage actually read: ‘ ITHAD STADIU ‘ lol to answer your Q, i think its a bit of both, Qantas sponsorship and the fact its a $hit name…
