doing a project on animal cruelty, can anyone help me find some good websites and pictures?
My major thesis is that “traditional” practices can be cruel, and we shouldn’t let them continue just because they’re tradition. I’m looking for pictures and information on any cruel, inhumane, or ignorant training or care practices. And I’d like some ideas as well, since I’m sure there’s alot more going on out there than even I’m aware of. Here’s a list of things I’ve thought of, please feel free to add to it. horse racing soring horses dog racing bucking horses calf roping steer roping docking dogs and horses tails, and dogs ears I’m SURE there’s a lot I’m not thinking of, so help me out. I know there’s basically cruelty in every sport that involves animals. Luckily for me I’m usually too naive to think people would hurt animals on purpose, and it doesn’t occur to me.
