Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Training licenses for individuals can be purchased at an introductory rate of US$825 per year. For facilities employing more than one trainer, the introductory facility license fee is US$1,925. All applicants who complete and return a license application during the launch period will be eligible to lock in these discounted introductory rates for a period of at least five years.
