It’s a sad fact that there are people who if given an inch will take a mile — we actually know about one ‘gentleman’ who demanded that a sealant company buy him a new car because it got scratched. Such people will push their luck if they think they can profit from it. Such people are rare, but we come across one about once a year and unfortunately we too have to write small print that helps us rid ourselves of them.
