Under mortgage guidelines it is inappropriate for a seller to fund a buyers down payment. Sovereign Grant Alliance wires the funds for the buyers down payment to the closing agent prior to closing. Only after the close of the sale does Sovereign Grant Alliance collect the sellers contribution and a nominal processing fee.
